Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

This agreement is to state that Online sensei net is operating English and other language services through advertised websites.

Article 1 (Service)
1. English and other language services operated on the Internet through our websites are called the service.
2. Individual user of the service is called teacher.
3. By using the service, users are agreeing that they have read and understood the terms and conditions.
4. In time of providing services, the Online sensei net is allowed to contact teacher using email, direct mail, post mail and telephone.
5.Teachers are not employees of the Online sensei net and no contract has been made between the Online sensei net and teachers. Therefore,the Online sensei net is not liable for any activities of teacher or any relationship established between teachers and clients.

Article 2 (Prohibited terms)

Teacher is not allowed to do these following activities:

1. Providing and registering false information.
2. Violating, harming and causing inconveniences towards the Online sensei net,clients, the third party in every ways including rights of properties, privacy and other rights.
3. Using unauthorized information achieved from the service to provide to the third party and for the purpose of making profit.
4. Sending information, which contains computer virus and other harmful computer programs.
5. All activities, which are against, or causing inconveniences to the business of the Online sensei net.
6. Activities which are against public orders and morals.
7. Activities which are against the law.
8.Activities which may be considered as improper ones by the Online sensei net.

Article 3 (Liabilities of teachers)

1. Teachers are agreeing that they are using the service by their own intention.
2. Teachers are agreeing that they are liable to the information which they registered or provided.
3. Teachers are enabling to substitute, to add or to erase some limited information of the previous registration at any time in order to use the service.
4. Teachers are required to keep the most accurate, the latest information registered at all time.

Article 4 (Cancellation of information)

1. The Online sensei net is enable to abort sending or to erase some or whole part of the information without any notice if the information sent or provided by teacher is considered inappropriate or against Article 2 of this agreement.
2. The Online sensei net is enabling to suspend providing service temporarily or to cancel registration of teacher without any notice in case violations of Article 2 and other articles are found.

Article 5 (Changing contents of service)

In order to keep the service well operated, the Online sensei net is enabling to change contents of service without advanced notice. Teachers are unable to complain or to oppose the content of services.

Article 6 (Suspension and abortion of service)

In case of the following situations occur, the Online sensei net is enabling to suspend or to abort service without advanced notice.

1. System which operates service (hereby called system) is under maintenance, periodically updated or in emergency situations.
2. Damage of virus that current anti-virus methods are unable to prevent or in case of fire, electrical power loss, natural disasters and other unpreventable cases.
3. Sudden occurrence of system error.
4. In other unpredictable situations, operation of service is considered difficult by the Online sensei net.

Article 7 (Registration cancelled by teacher)

Teacher, who may desire, is enable to cancel registration from the service at any time.

Article 8 (Exemption of liabilities)

1. The Online sensei net does not guarantee for the accuracy, utility of business information, advertisement, other information provided by the third party or information registered by teachers.
2. The Online sensei net is not liable to any loss or damage caused by registration of teacher to the service or used of the service (including activities of providing information of the third party).
3. In case of shut down, suspension, disability of service caused by the Online sensei net, the Online sensei net is not liable for any loss, elimination, erasure of information, registration of teacher, error or damage of appliances or any damage caused by activities of teacher concerned with the service.

Article 9 (Control and protection of privacy)

Privacy is strictly controlled. Except only in the case, which is recognized by law or allowed by customers, exposure and provision of privacy to the third party is not in principle. In order to avoid lost, leakage security method are applied the quickest action will be made to prevent reappearance in case of occurrence of problem.

This agreement is valid from 16th of March 2008.
